If you cancel Premium, your account drops to the Free plan with your existing items intact. If you delete the account entirely, we soft-delete immediately and permanently erase after a 30-day cooling-off period. Email privacy@havenkeep.app to request a copy of your data before deletion.
How do refunds work?
