Plans & Pricing
The Free plan lets you track up to 5 items with basic warranty tracking, email reminders, and full mobile app access — free forever, no credit card required. Premium unlocks unlimited items and properties, AI-powered receipt scanning (OCR), CSV and PDF export, customizable expiry reminders, and priority support. Premium starts at just $2/month when billed annually.
Yes. You can upgrade or cancel Premium at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Free plan is free forever — track up to 5 items with no time limit. When the App Store and Google Play offer Premium intro pricing or trials, you'll see them in the upgrade flow inside the app.
The annual plan is $24/year, compared to $2.99/month ($35.88/year). That's a 33% savings — like getting 4 months free.
Premium is billed through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow each platform's published policy. If you'd like help requesting one, email support@havenkeep.app and we'll walk you through it.
Warranty Tracking
Add an item by entering the product details, purchase date, and warranty length — or simply snap a photo of your receipt and let our AI extract the information automatically (Premium). HavenKeep calculates expiration dates, stores your documentation, and sends you reminders before coverage runs out so you can file claims on time.
You can track any warranty: appliances, electronics, HVAC systems, roofing, plumbing, vehicles, furniture, tools — anything with a coverage period. HavenKeep also supports manufacturer warranties, extended warranties, and home warranty plans.
Free plan users receive email reminders before a warranty expires (default: 30 days ahead). Premium users get email plus push notifications, and can change the lead time in Settings to whatever suits each item — from a week out to several months. You always control the timing.
Security & Privacy
Sensitive fields are encrypted at the application layer with AES-256-GCM, the database disk is fully encrypted, and the local on-device database uses SQLCipher (AES-256). Everything is sent over TLS 1.3. We never sell your data to third parties. For more details, visit our Security page.
Premium users can export their full warranty database as a CSV spreadsheet or as a PDF summary at any time. Your data is always yours.
You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. Once confirmed, all your personal data, warranties, and uploaded documents are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing support@havenkeep.app.
App & Features
Yes — HavenKeep is a mobile app, available on iOS and Android. Sign in on every household phone and your warranties stay in sync across all of them. The app includes receipt scanning with your camera, push notifications, and full warranty management — everything you need on the go.
If you cancel Premium, your account drops to the Free plan with your existing items intact. If you delete your account entirely, we soft-delete immediately and permanently erase after a 30-day cooling-off period — sign in again during that window to recover. Email privacy@havenkeep.app to request a copy of your data before deletion.
Yes. Realtors, builders, contractors, and property managers can sign up for free and send six months of HavenKeep Premium to their clients as a closing gift. No card, no contract, no commission. See the Partners page, or email partners@havenkeep.app.
