HavenKeep is a small founder-led operation right now. We don't have open roles posted, no equity-and-benefits package to advertise, no recruiter pipeline.

What we value

Take ownership. Find a problem; close it end to end. No "that's not my job."
Don't ship lies. If a feature doesn't work, don't put it on the website until it does.
Be honest about scope. Estimate ranges, not points. Cut scope before you cut quality.
Build for the long term. We're trying to be the warranty company that's still here in 10 years, not the one that grows fast and dies.
